Our Shipping Policies

For Our Retail Customers:

Before orders will be processed and shipped the same day, your payments have to be received before noon.  Anything later than this means your orders are going to be processed the following business day.

Please note that customers are 100% responsible for any problem experienced with shipping companies/services they have chosen. For instance, if you choose Canadian Post or any other company to handle the shipping of your product, Mobile Xcessories will not be held responsible for any delay in the arrival of such goods.

Also, if your goods get damaged during shipping or are missing, Mobile Xcessories will not be held responsible. It is therefore recommended you exercise caution while choosing a shipping service.

If you decide to purchase a private or expedite shipping and delivery service, you will handle 100% of the cost.

For insurance and coverage protection, Canadian Post has $100 in case your product is missing or gets damaged. Before deciding on a shipping service, it is recommended to find out about the scope of their insurance coverage in the event of your products being damaged or misplaced.

Additionally, our free shipping offer is not available in remote areas with postal codes that start with:

  • J0M – Nunavik
  • X0A – Qikiqtaaluk Region, NT
  • X0B – Kitikmeot Region, NU
  • X0C – Kivalliq Region, NU
  • X0E – Central Northwest Territories, NT
  • X0G – Southwestern Northwest Territories, NT
  • Y0A – Southeastern Yukon, YT
  • Y0B – Central Yukon, YT

Some remote areas of Canada can only be serviced by air delivery. In this case free shipping is not available and extra shipping charges may apply. If extra shipping charges are required for your order, we’ll contact you to confirm whether you’d like to pay the additional fees or cancel your order. If you don’t respond within 48 hours, your order will automatically be cancelled.
If there is any delay in the delivery of your goods, Mobile Xcessories will not be held responsible. We will assist our customers to find out what could have been the cause of delay.
If your products are damaged or misplaced while on transit, Mobile Xcessories will not be held responsible. We will assist our customers to file claim for damaged/missing shipment. Our shipping companies has a coverage amount of $100 or more for goods that are either damaged or misplaced.

Important Note:

Please note that although we will exchange defective products, the shipping cost for returning such items within 15days will be covered by you. Mobile Xcessories will only pay for the cost of shipping the new item(s)/product(s) to you.
